"The mission of the Association for the Rights of Citizens with handicaps is to empower children and adults with disabilities to reach their full potential, and to increase prevention and awareness in the community."
ARCh was founded in 1952 by parents who dreamed of a world where their children with disabilities would not be discarded or disregarded.
Today we remain focused on our vision of building a world where all people are valued and encouraged to contribute.
ARCh promotes the health, safety and achievement of children and adults with disabilities.

Thanks to everyone for patience and courage during this public health crisis.
Beginning on Tuesday, March 17, the ARCh office will be closed to the public except by appointment, until Friday, May 1.
Business on behalf of clients will still be conducted with no disruption.
As always, camp registrations or other materials may be emailed, placed in our locked mailbox at the front entrance of our office, or delivered in-person.
If you wish to drop something off in person or to meet with a staff member, kindly call or email and we will be happy to arrange a day and time for you to visit.
During this unprecedented situation, the health and safety of our clients and families, as well as our staff, remains our number one priority.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
