Q: Do I sign into my Amazon account and have the item sent to ARCh?
A: Yes. When you add an item from the "Stuff the Tent Wish List" , there will be an option for you to send your items to ARCh. If you are NOT purchasing from the list, items can be sent to the ARCh office; 419 Frederick St., Waukesha, WI 53186 as we are not at camp until June 10.
Q: How do you keep track of the items ordered? For example...you need 5 and I order 2, how does that get updated?
A: Make sure you are in the“Stuff the Tent Wish List” and add your item to your cart from the list. When you make a purchase, Amazon will update the wish list automatically indicating how many have been purchased vs how many we still need.
Q: How do you track a package during delivery?
A: ARCh cannot track a delivery. We do not receive tracking information; only the purchaser has that. So we get surprised with gifts from our generous donors!
P.S. Sometimes Amazon forgets to say who the item is from in the box. If you see an anonymous donation posted on Facebook, or have not received a thank-you-letter in the mail and know that you sent an item, please, let us know so we can send you a formal thank you!
